<p>Well we are getting closer to our opening date, sometimes it&#8217;s the little details that are the most  time consuming.  The tile showers and tile flooring are complete. The insulation and duct work have been installed and then the sprinklers and ceiling tiles go in next.  Once that is complete we will install the soundproofing sub floor and then the gym flooring.   The equipment goes in there after and then we get our Certificate of Occupancy.</p>
<p>So we ask all of those who are anxious for our opening to bear with us for a little longer&#8230;We are almost there!</p>

<p>We have had so many inquiries about the new studio we thougth we would start using the blog as a way to give updates on how it is going. The project is going over the initial date expected (what project doesn&#8217;t) but it isn&#8217;t long now&#8230; we are coming to the final days. Here are some photos that were taken just a few weeks ago.</p>

<p>I believe all our clients know about the new location we are opening soon, but I&#8217;m not sure everyone knows where it is located.  The new location is 6380 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 201, Sandy Springs, GA 30339.  This is at the corner of Powers Ferry Road and Northside Drive, next to CVS.  We are on the second floor, the doors are located around the back of the building.</p>

<p>But baseball players who have to run short distances very quickly use heavy weights and a relatively low number of repetitions. Golfers on the other hand use medium weights to increase the power of their drive and quicken muscle movements. Very few athletes approach super heavy weights. Leave the super-heavy weights and fewer reps for achieving huge bulk to professional weight trainers.</p>
